(More customer reviews)Installed two of these - the heavy duty and the light duty. Highly recommend you get the heavy duty, REGARDLESS of what size your A/C is. The heavy duty one is longer and provides more options for the install - the little one is shorter and isn't as flexible. Anyway, this is a great product, easy to set up, and gives you peace of mind that your A/C won't go crashing out the window. No brainer.
