(More customer reviews)We ordered 2 air deflectors from this company. It took them way longer than expected to ship and when they got there, only one was fully in tact. The other was broken and even missing some pieces that would make it whole. The one that was in tact has been working great. However, trying to get a replacement for the broken deflector has been impossible and infuriating. After many attempts to reach their customer service via phone and e-mail, NO ONE has called us back or contacted us. All phone attempts are either shuttled to leaving a message or just being disconnected. Product is fine, customer service is non-existent. We've complained to the Better Business Bureau. And we still have a broken deflector on our hands.
