(More customer reviews)This unit has two ac power plugs. You can use it to turn on fans when the temperature gets above a value and will turn them off when it drops again.
I use it above my woodstove to turn on the water circulator pump when the temperature gets high. That way it will turn off when the wood has burnt down.
It works well. I had one for 3 seasons and it stopped working so I ordered another. It could be used to turn on an air conditioner.
