Unit is heavy so I would definitely recommend having a second person to help. It has all the basic features I was looking for (energy efficiency, remote control, 3 fan speeds, energy saving mode, etc.)
Most importantly, it cools the room quickly. Fan is somewhat noisy but tolerable. Not familiar with other brands for comparison.
