I purchased the ac thought maybe the first one was faulty only to return it and get another and still not have cold air. Only GE in Canada answers the phone. US only gets automated system to schedule service call. I have scheduled the service call, wish me luck. The manual is difficult to understand and all online manuals do not load. Very frustrating product with no immediate customer service. Also the dimensions of the product described in store are different then the actual product.
