The angle is good for reaching most tensioner idler pulley bolts for serpentine belts; if your car has a transversally mounted engine with a serpentine belt, there is not much else you are going to get in there to get the bolt out because you have no clearance between the engine and the wheel well.
The price is as much as half of what other on-line outfits will selll it to you
