(More customer reviews)I've had one of these pumps in my system for six years and recently noticed that although it was running, it wasn't pumping. After going to the website and finding some instructions, I took it apart and found a mouse had gotten into the unit, blocked the impeller and the impeller cracked and was spinning on the shaft. No fault of the manufacturer. A quick email to the manufacturer and a new impeller was sent out the next day free of charge with no questions asked. You may wonder why I gave it five stars? It's been six years; double the warranty and it is still operating fine! Customer support couldn't be better.
