(More customer reviews)Our outside AC unit fan quit over the 4th of July weekend and with temperatures well into the upper 90's here in the mid-south, this quickly became an emergency situation. The only open HVAC supply wanted more than twice the price and for a "type" of motor that should work. CSH Incorporated, through Amazon, immediately sent the EXACT replacement motor and went far beyond the call of duty as they had to relay the order to another one of their facilities in Wisconsin; being out of stock in Michigan! Every bolt matched and each wire color matched perfectly and as a result, it was short order to install it correctly in the AC unit. Over all I saved more than enough on the purchase and repair to buy a small window unit to survive on until my order made it south from CSH/Amazon.... and just in time because of late our temperatures have climbed into the triple digits! My A.O. Smith motor is really getting a workout now, but it can "take the heat"!
