(More customer reviews)Came in fine but was wrong size, not their fault, perhaps. They do list the exact size of the filter here which was not the exact size of the filter it was to replace. Yet both are marked 25x16x5. I called and the nice lady gave me the info to send it back. But as I will have to take it to a UPS, FEDEX or DHL office which is not close I decided to keep it and "make" it fit this time. The point of all this is to make sure you measure the filter you have to make sure you get the right size. This problem doesn't seem to be this companies fault but rather the manf of HVAC units which don't comply to any standard of measurement.
Other than not fitting the filter seems to be of good quality and arrived in good shape.
