(More customer reviews)I was quoted a price of almost $300 to replace my condenser fan motor. For a fraction of that price, this motor matched the specs perfectly, except that this one has ball bearings at each end to ensure even longer life. It was easy to install, I think it took me a couple of hours. I had to trim the shaft and I cut the mounting studs a little shorter. It seems to be a quality part, on par with the original or even better. Mine didn't come with any instructions, so you will need to know a little about wiring a motor. I was able to find specific information online for connecting the included capacitor, as my unit has a combined type of capacitor.

All angle mount sleeve bearings, CSA certified, UL recognized, 60 degrees ambient temperature rating. Ball bearings. Motor has 4 drilled and tapped holes in shell.
