(More customer reviews)We bought two of these fans and both had the same problem. One of the three motors was not lined up properly and rubbed on the inside of the unit. It was the motor on the left in both fans. I believe it was due to poor assembly and not shipping, since the box was not damaged in either case. I re-aligned the motor and the unit runs great. They do the job very nicely and for a good price. They should improve quality control to prevent these careless mistakes.
