(More customer reviews)This fan was a replacement for a 29 yr old Casablanca that finally died. Same fan sold at Sam's Club for $25 more. Arrived in perfect condition. I did pay to have it installed and glad I did since sheetrock had to be cut and holes drilled to adapt it to the hanging hardware from the previous fan. No balancing of blades needed at any speed from the beginning( balance kit does come with fan hardware). Lightbulbs not included but you need a pair with the candalabra base, 60w max, and are $2/pair at Home Depot. Nice to have a cool den here in Dallas Texas!
